Davy Jones, gone but NEVER forgotten

RIP to the wonderful Davy Jones. When i first got word that this wonderful man had passed away i cried. After all, he was a BIG part of my childhood. The Monkees were my favorite group EVER. I have every one of their albums, i had their pictures on my wall. I can remember begging my mom to get Tiger Beat with them on the cover.

i still know every word to every song. These days (Davy was only 10 years older than me) i'm lucky if I can remember what I did an hour ago, but play 'Daydream Believer' or 'Shades of Gray' and i'm a teen again!

I feel like a part of my family has died. A part of my youth is gone. My only hope is that he was happy in his life, and knowing Davy, he was. I will be playing non stop ALL of my Monkees songs. I have all of them loaded on my Zune player.
