Just a teensy update. The doc started me on my new diabetes medication, Novolog 70/30. Instead of my Lantus, which required one shot at night, I'm now on one shot in the morning, before breakfast, and one in the evening before dinner. My sugars are responding well to this new stuff. I feel so much better!

Yay, Deb. Is Scotty still having to give them to you? David is on Byetta now, I take U-500 insulin and Humalog.I hope it continues to help you. High sugars make us feel yucky!! Love ya!

i did Byetta a few years ago, before insulin. It failed me. and yep, Scotty still does my shots! i'm not that brave haha.
